Select the claim record you wish to change to formal and follow below instructions
Financial information and upload files
1. Go to “Update financial information” and fill in the final claim amount.

2. Check mark the documents you are sending below.(Optional)

4. When finished, click on the green button "Update information / Submit documents" below, to send the formal claim.
Update the Claim
In the email popup, select the airlines' address*, then press send.

Update the Claim
In the email popup, select the airlines' address*, then press send.
- Click "CC" to add a recipient;
- Use the free text field to embody your claim.
*If the email airlines' address doesn't appear, copy it from the confirmation email of the previous claim communication, or fill it in if you know the address.
