    If you are unable to fill in the form fields, please try another browser such as Chrome or firefox. Usually the bloackage is due security reasons. This may be set automatically or by your company.
    To change browser security settings, scroll down below for instructions.:


    When you are stuck in the access gate, jump to the submission form via: https://demo.cargoclaims.aero/issue?action=form and click on the contact button to fill in your contact details.

    Can't fill in contact details or submission form, there might be something blocking transfers on your side:
    • Internet problems
    • Mis-configured Firewall
    • Browser plugin/Ad-blocker/Anti-virus
    Internet Explorer:
    Disable protected mode

    Do you have an Ad Blocker active in your browser?
    1. Click on the ad blocker icon at the top right of your screen;
    2. Select the slide bar button, and click refresh.


    Please try from a different computer and if the problem persists, consult with your IT department.


    Clean your browser data.
    Log out your current session and follow one of the following instructions:

    Chrome:
    chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
    or
    1. Open Google Chrome.
    2. Click ⋮ in the upper-right corner of the window.
    3. Click More Tools.
    4. Click Clear Browsing Data….
    5. Click the ▾ drop-down menu.
    6. Choose the beginning of time.
    7. Check "Cached images and files."
    8. Reopen the browser
    Firefox: about: preferences#privacy
    or
    1. Open firefox.
    2. Click 3-horizontal bars menu in the upper-right corner of the window.
    3. Go to Options.
    4. Click Privacy and Security in the left menu
    5. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
    6. Choose Clear Data
    7. Reopen the browser
    Safari:
    1. From your Safari menu bar click Safari
    2. Click Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
    3. Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
    4. Now from the menu bar click Developent; Empty Caches
